[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — Double payment against loan emi, even after cash pick up, they deduct emi from bank account

I have taken loan from Home Credit against Mobile Phone Lenovo P1m, with contract number= [protected]. My EMI due date is 6th to 12th of every month, but due to some reasons I requested the company to take the EMI for December month from my home, instead of deducting it from my bank account with Bank of Baroda.. Customer care executive told me to request for Cash pick up. which I requested. But later, Home Credit deducted the payment from my bank as well as from my home by sending the executive. When I called and tried to solve the matter with the customer, they told that the payment deducted is not updating in their account, but it deducted from my account, I called the executive again, but they didn't told me anything regarding money deduction:
1. I requested for cash pick of EMI, instead of deduction from my account due to less money available in account. Why they processed both the method i.e. Cash pickup from agent and also deduct from my bank account?
2. Why they did not told me anything regarding deduction of money?

Please help me. Atleast i should get a fair response and correct reply from them.
Kindly help me. I'll be highly obliged.

I have been charged extra behalf of actual amount of splendor plus.
I want to know what is the actual price of splendor plus on road. I have paid 34200 down payment and will pay in emi 27890.
So the hero splendor actual price of splendor is 49006 rs so why are you charging a lot.

I have taken loan from Home Credit against Mobile Phone samsung j6, with contract no. [protected]
Yesterday 15 nov 2018 I made a payment of Rs 1299.96 for the months of nov 11/15/18,
And the same amount was again deducted from my ac on 11/16/18. So, the Home Credit has charged double amount 2599.92 On Nov. instead of 1299.96.
I would like to request to make this issue solve. I would be very much appreciated and happy to hear from you on this regards.
