Honda Jazz — Noise in car | |||
I have purchased New Honda Jazz SVMT Petrol on 24.08.2015 through Crystal Honda Satara ( My Car Registration no is MH50A 4886). From first day, i observing cyclic rubbing noise in car. This I communicated to Crystal Honda, they visited & witnessed this noise. They called me along with car to Satara service station. I took my car to service station, which is 55 KMS from my residence. Service center officials took all trials and concluded this is internal machine inherent noise and they require two to three days to resolve the same. Now from last three days my car is with crystal Honda service station, service officials expressing this is manufacturing defect. But I have problem, how can I allow them to open new cars machine/engine. Is I made mistake ? I purchased Honda Car & suffering with such huge problem? I require to take leave and waste my petrol to visit from my residence Karad to Satara. Was this information helpful? | |||
