This guy's don't even attend the call. For more than a week net is down near Sahyadri Nagar, Bhandup. Worst service of all time. I don't recommend anyone to opt this service. I raised a complaint ticket as well.
Also also usually net will go down on Fridays...and they don't work on Saturday and Sunday. So as a customer I'm losing two days of my valuable hard worked money.

My internet isnt working and they dont even have proper phone no for customer service where you can register complaint. Its worst service i have ever experienced with any product in my lifetime. I would never recommend someone to go with this pathetic company for internet connection. They have whatsapp no for customer service who dont even bother to reply or acknowledge your complaints.

Every sunday internet is not available from 11am to 6 pm.

It doesn't even closely do justice to it's name, honesty.
The speed is not that great, but ok u might be able to work.
But there is something or the other which keeps on happening and the net stops working and this happens 15 days in a month. They will keep on blaming others like metro work etc. Customer services sucks big time as no one will come to ur house for days, even i[censored] call them n number of times.
There will be no reply on emails either, there won't be any extension in ur monthly pacakage for the inconveniences caused.
Save ur self from all this and choose another broad band provider.

I dont know what is the issue with these guys, after 5 pm they never receive phone calls. What if we face issues after 5 pm. We have to bare all the issues. No proper management amount each other. For money they are so good than any other thing. Today i am unable to use internet.. I tried multiple time on there number but no response.

If you guys face any outage in particular location just make kuch system where as you can send the customers a sms stating the same atleast we can complete our work in the mean while.

So careless. Highly disappointed.

I'm gonna tag you guys in social media, let everyone in the localities get aware of you quality before even thinking to take your connection.

These guys have multiple contact numbers but non of them are attending the calls.

I want to disconnect your service from next month.

It better i choose other isp or jiogigafiber atleast they have better service the yours..

Our net was not working since morning. We contacted honesty net and they said they will resolve the issue. However there is no solution.
They do not provide any correct reply.
Their excuse for the past 8 months.
I thought honesty net solution want to consumer who donate monthly bill.
Request you to refund of the entire amount for poor honesty net service.

We have contacted Bhandup team that the net is not functioning but they have not provided any solution.

While surfing it wrk gud when it comes to playing games it stop responding sometime even after having new wire and port still facing the same issue and they are really playing with the customer faith as customer service is wrking 10-7 after 7 the net is disabled and again in the very next morning it start wrking as nothing happened it's been a month i'm facing the same problem from honesty so i request to take strict action and resolve it as soon as possible

It is not noticed during casual browsing and downloading, but while playing games it just losses a lot of packets and sometimes the latency goes to high, making the game unplayable.
The ethernet wire connector doesn't connect in the plug properly have to apply pressure on the end of it until i see light blinking.
The internet connection also comes and goes 4-5 times at any time of the day for 30-40 seconds.

I had tried each and every time to call at Mulund/Bhandup lanline number to complain related to new connection issues.

From 25th June i am following initially they said permission issues in building then they said hardware not available and so onn...till now its not resolved

When we call for the complain, they answered very rudely.

Yesterday i called, they informed, our devices/hardware are not arriving it has been 3 weeks, we have ordered devices, once it will arrive, Then only we can Solve your internet issues.No engineers available always in meeting.

I dont know, when will my issue will solve...

These guys charge money in bulk and have their internet down for 6-7 hours daily. I work for home and this has created serious problems for me.
Their excuse for the past 8 months. Some fiber work going on. No one is ready to answer when it will be resolved. On top of that They have absolute ### at the CUSTOMER CARE number who are rude and simply say “ do what you want, it will be okay when it’s time to be okay”
I have no way out since I have already paid for a year. Can anyone help??

They charge complete money and the internet disconnects frequently. Have been complaining to them since more than a month, but no solutions. Most of the time they don't answer a call. I want my refund.

Technician won't respond, even if they do the problem repeats after some time or the next day. They are scamming customers of their hard earned money.

From last month (30 days) so many daily honesty network not available. Daily evening to next day morning 11 network not available.
Technician told me when we change optical cable then problem will solve.
Few days ago technician daily come at home and change cable slot at terrace. I am decided to change wifi other network provider from next month.
I know that nobody will solve my disconnection nor adjust days.

Sir... I have honesty net connection at bhandup... Just b4 2days i got call that i have to pay for next connection... I have paid it already...net got disconnected... M trying and trying their all numbers... It seems holiday... No emergency number is there... I am working from home... Totally depend on internet... Diwali is there... What to do... Our internet service is down since 10 hours now. I have raised a complaint since morning but no one has resolved till now.

I called so many times but they only says complaint is registered. But what is the use of complaint number if they are not going to solve.

When our validity expires they cut the connection within a second, what about period which went idle due to their mistakes.

At least complaints can be resolved immediately.

This is happening third time with me while using hns broadband.

Before this shut down time was 3 days and now more than 10 hours.

Don't know where to escalated this matter.

Internet do not works!!
It has happened since yesterday night. Today when i complained about it, your employee told me that she will send an engineer within an hour but, its 5 hours now.
Your service is not good at all!!
Now, i am switching to another company.
I hope its service will be better then yours...
I advice all readers not to take honesty net solutions...

Why is it that that internet is down especially when engineers arent available?
Everytime this happen the internet is unavailable for more than 10 hours. Why do you start counting downtime and adjust plan expiry according to the downtime?

Your airoli staff has a very bad habit of switching the phone off. The new height is that now they also close and lock the office door to pretend as if they are there

I want to upgrade my plan from 512 kbps to 2 Mbps, but I am unable to do so.

The behaviour is arrogant as well.

The reason they are not willing to upgrade is their plans and bandwidth have changed. While when I opted for the yearly plan earlier, I was informed I can change my internet package at my will anytime in the year.

If the plans have changed, it's not my concern.

Also they are ready to convert it to 10 Mbps or 20 Mbps package as per new plans, which is not my requirement.

So basically I am not having a freedom to choose my plan and I am stuck until my yearly plan expires.

I called so many time from last one month to honesty customer care every time they create new tickets and there engineer close the ticket by giving stupid reasons like issue in WebSite, issue in my machine, but it's not true as i tested same sites on Mobile net and working fine also tested my WIFI connection with other 4-5 different device other than my machine still facing same issue.
