I have lodged a complaint for rewiring last week and still they are not fixing the issue and there is no internet connectivity for 1 week. I have sent mails to [protected]@hns.net.in and also texted them on whatsapp[protected] and made so many calls but still thier engineer is omming ... If I'm paying for 30 days, I should et 30 days of Internet. 10 days are already lost.. what kind of service is this ?

Tkt0119485 (No wan connection) was raised on 14/06/2016. Since then hundreds of follow ups have been made. Either they put phone on iv or they will respond by saying we will change the wireless receiver.

Every call attempt made, ends up in moving this issue to a next date. I was asked to recharge my plan on 06/18 and was assured that this will resolve the problem but again i have been given a date of 3 more days.

I want to know the service level agreement they have with the end users and get this issue closed asap.

today i.e 13th june 2016 I tried to renew my internet plan of 2 mbps with validity 1 month worth Rs.610 . so I recharge succesfull and my bankbalance also deducted sum of Rs.626 But still my internet is not activated and it shows that your internet status is inactive.. Please provide me a satisfactory solution that what shoud I do.. And please have a look on attachment that I m sending with this email

We have been facing wifi service issue and speed issue since a month. When we try to contact nearest hns office of sector 8, airoli navi mumbai -400708 the phone is always busy, they disconnects the call, if they receive they ask us to disconnect the service as they said they cant help.

Is this kind of service is provided to the customers if your brand have a good name?

I have call history of calling 25 times a day and getting no resolution.

Honesty Net Solutions claims to provide 24/7 service but they don't live up to that promise. The working hours for customer care number are limited so you'll have to contact them during that period only.

The number also appears to be configured incorrectly so as soon as your call starts ringing, the call is considered online. As such, even if no one picks call for 2 minutes, charges will be levied by mobile company as it is considered a live call.

The employees are also very rude as they have monopoly over various areas and they know that customers have no where to go.

They don't have shifts for technicians and working days for them are also from Monday - Saturday. If you have any issue with your connection on Saturday night or Sunday, it will only be resolved on next Monday.

24/10/15 how i explain i m fed up o[censored]r connection. i have 1mbps/2mbps but it works like a 312kbps.it works so much slow in a laptop and more then in a mobile. how is it possible. you say that at night it gives 2mbps speed how u make a people a fool.u r advertising that ur net is so fast but it is not truth but the fact is that it is very slow.sometimes my connection is gone then sometimes is coming. is this u work. i want my problem to solve otherwise no one wil take ur connection.

The complain is about HNS Bhandup, not to be mistaken to their Thane center. I have launched the complain to Honesty Net Solutions, regarding slow internet speed on 25th of September 2015 it has been more than 3 weeks today, the company is unable to solve the problem. The complain is about slow internet speed. "I have a package of 10MBPS unlimited downloads." Even after 3 weeks there has not been any serious action taken to resolve the issue or any feedback from the service provider. My ISP is taking the problem as lightly as he can. Giving fake assumptions of resolving the issue in a day or two everyday since last two weeks. Worst customer service from the call centers, engineers and owner. The employees at the call center do not know a thing about what kind of service they are providing. Engineers and owners are not able to solve the issue since LAST 3 WEEKS. I wound highly recommend NOT subscribing to this Internet Service provider. They would collect the payment right on time, but will delay the procedure when launched a complaint or a fault. Customer satisfaction is absolutely zero or if it could get any lower than that.

I am in Aitoli and have taken the honesty Internet service. This is the worst service I have ever seen. In a month we have to raise at least 20 complaints saying that the Internet is not working and the engineers come and fix in the next day. So basically in a month we will have proper Internet only for 5 to 6 days. Is this why we have taken this service.

I am getting fooled by Honesty Net solution Ltd. These people just dont understand the need of the customers. this is the second time in last one month there service is stucked above all they dont even bother to inform to the customers that they are doing some maintenance.

last time their manager directly told that i will not refund a single penny where as i paid for six month package thats not it he suggested me to buy other services like hathway tat docomo else bare with the lose service by them.
since yesterday i am asking for the help from them to get my net problem solved they are like engineer will come who is still never visited my house.

I want them to understand what they are doing so complaining.

Inspite of the repeated complaints & also I had personally visited their bhandup office, the problem is not solved . Initially the customer care would always give the assurance the engineer will visit & when I visited their office I was told engineer is not available.

I stay in L.B.S Marg Bhandup west.I was approached by a sales representative of HNS named Aditya. He provided all false information about their wiring and service provided within our society. I believed him and booked a connection on 12-June. Its been two weeks and even after repeated call to their call centre no one has visited the house for connection. When asked to refund the money back they simply keep saying that they will send someone and get the connection done but no one turns up. Worst ever service experienced in my life and HNS is simply a company of cheats. Friends stay away from this broadband service provider.

I m a resident of pratap nagar, bhandup west. The service provided from the staff is worst.from last three days I m calling on the landline number provided for help..but the excuses given are the person is on field, he is nearby, he will come in half an hour and so on. It's three days now not a single person has come yet or called.Big time liers..

This is Manisha, having lots of complaints of Honesty Net provider. As the every day some problem is going to occur with the net connection. If i getting connect with Customer service the call charge is multiply by 3 than normal call rate also the charges are deduction is right after first ring and charge is applicable even when the IVR is going on. When customer executive receives a call asking for the same questions whisch she/he have asked here before and on same days call, For ex. On/Off your router, connect the Net cable directly to your laptop or PC, click on Run Icon and put this & that. But end of the call we are getting 0 (zero) result but the charge is deducting of Rs. 30-40 with their stupid questions. Also executive are not registered a complaint with first 4-5 calls. They are not even in polite manners.

I had submitted my routier on Monday 18th May 2015' But nw its thursday 21 st May 2015, We don't get any response from your office.. It's 2nd time that we are submitted our rouiter... Even all contact numbers are invalid.. Please look after this otherwise we need to take any action...

Unable to provide proper service. Inefficiency in resolving consumer issues. Poor service and customer grievance handling. Poor value for money. Internet not working service since past 10 days even after complaining multiple times, the issue haven't been solved yet.

We have been using Honesty net solutions WiFi service. Now as we have shifted to Sector 8 Airoli, the office here is very disappointing. Nobody answers the call ever at Honesty Net Solutions Airoli sector 8 office. We have been to the office it is always locked. The service is really poor. Please help!

I am using HONESTY NET SOLUTION for past few years. Horrible customer care service. the customer care phone number goes unattended from hours to number of days. and they advertise 365*7*24 kind of helpdesk. Use less helpdesk.all Liars well trained are recruited. every now and then the service stops for number of days and they refuse to provide Engineers saying we dont provide engineers where DLINK routers are installed. Honesty Net Solution engineer itself provided this Router and installed for me and they say we dont provide customer support as you have a DLINK Router..Horribles recruited.most time the service is unavailable.They give reason your wire need replacement give money to change wire, then they say your router is defective change it to some other than DLINK, and even engineer just replaces connecting pins and service is resored at times.even the engineers are also inefficient do work on trial and error basis. at times just unable to restore the service. After few days the service when checked is automatically restored, without any engineer attending. it seems the HONESTY people purposefully disconnect the service to loot the customers and harass.RREALLY WORST EXPERIENCE...DONT GO FOR THIS ISP

Honesty is perhaps the worst ISP in Mumbai. Their staff is very rude, mannerless and impolite. Also they rarely answer phone calls. Me and my friends had to often call 7-8 times before someone bothered to pick up the phone. On top of that call centre is closed on Sundays. If we ask for manager, the standard answer is 'manager is unavailable'. As they are only company in our area they know we have no other choice. The call center number is also not toll free so we have to use our money for the complaint. I wonder what do they with all our money? When I sent email complaining about service, I got no response from them. But when I sent a mail about marketing, they were quick to respond. This shows they care only about money and not about providing service to customers. Equipment used by them is also of very cheap quality and malfunctions regularly. If some large issue is going on then the customers aren't notified, nor their calls are answered. The issue itself takes a long time to be fixed. Because of this we can't do anything online as service isn't available. Even a support page on their website is not working so we can't use that page for anything. Many ISPs provide excellent service for much less price. But this crap company is not among them and will never be. Company like this deserves a hefty fine along with compensation for the issues the customers have to regularly face. I hope some other good ISP comes here and we all can move away from this pathetic company and leave it to rot in their own filth.

I have renewed my 1month Internet pack but the speed is too slow. it is around 0.51mb download speed. it takes long time to open a page please sir do the neadfulness for or else i will have to move on to another service provider. My user Name: ramesh1973
