The complain is about HNS Bhandup, not to be mistaken to their Thane center.
I have launched the complain to Honesty Net Solutions, regarding slow internet speed on 25th of September 2015 it has been more than 3 weeks today, the company is unable to solve the problem.
The complain is about slow internet speed. "I have a package of 10MBPS unlimited downloads."
Even after 3 weeks there has not been any serious action taken to resolve the issue or any feedback from the service provider. My ISP is taking the problem as lightly as he can. Giving fake assumptions of resolving the issue in a day or two everyday since last two weeks.
Worst customer service from the call centers, engineers and owner. The employees at the call center do not know a thing about what kind of service they are providing. Engineers and owners are not able to solve the issue since LAST 3 WEEKS.
I wound highly recommend NOT subscribing to this Internet Service provider.
They would collect the payment right on time, but will delay the procedure when launched a complaint or a fault.
Customer satisfaction is absolutely zero or if it could get any lower than that.
Honesty Net Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Further if engineer visits, the connection is activated .once engineer leaves again the connection stops working.
