Have not received the product yet, however there is no way to cancel the order. The status of my order, 2 SALWAR SUITS(Order no. HOL[protected] for Rs. 999/-) remains "confirmed" and no update on the status whatsoever has been made. Their support pages do not seem to exist. Kindly resolve as I want to cancel my order and obtain a refund....

I have placed order for 2 anarkali suites on house of lehenga site worth 1099 /-, but after receiving product got to know it's a fraud. I have received only 2 low quality Kurtis which are only worth 200 /-.
Request you to kindly help me in this matter to return product and get my money back.
They are falsely advertising their products and doing fraud with customers....

I have ordered a 2 salwar suit from HOL but have received a totally different product without the bottom part. As not happy with this product now want to return this product and money back to my account....

I have paid for a combo yesterday and placed the order. Till now I didn't receive any confirmation about the product and even I tried to contact the customer care but of no use. Please help me to get the refund or get the product delivered....

I returned the dress for quality issue, purchased vide order no. Hl[protected] did 5/8/19 and invoice no 611302. On returning they deducted some handling charges and said balance credit is in my wall at which i can use any time. But to my surprise they have blocked my account for reason best known to them. I sent almost 5 emails but no response, tried calling their tel no. [protected] almost 100 times but no one picks up phone. Incidently...

Its been two days i had orderd and there is no confirmation regarding dispatch im so worried please help me..atleast let me know some information....

The product received was of cheap quality not the same as shown in the picture. And as per the return policy I have been reaching out to the team through email multiple times. Haven't received any response from them. They seem to be fake. Please do not make any purchase from them....

I bought a lehenga and 2 tops in combo offer. I received a very bad & cheap quality products. I have returned the products which was 400rupees for self courier. I have mailed them 5 times that I need amount in GPay or phonepe any wallet BUT NOT IN HOL Wallet. I don't want to buy HOL products again so why should I have money in HOL wallet!! Received a wro g product from house of lehengas, ask for refund my mondley they are asking me to self courier the product and after that they will refund my money in my wallet as a reward fund.

Call there manager they start using abusive language....

I received a package on 2-aug 2020, i paid rs 999/-, but the received product was different and very cheap quality one. No response to mail and phone is always switched off.. They are fraud....

On 1st of july 2020 i have order pack of 2 festive wear kurtis, but i got the wrong product totally different which i have ordered, size was also not the same. i tired to contact them over phone they didnt pick the call bell was ringing sevral times then i mailed them Himangi answered the mail and asked my oder no and produict slip that was on package which we suppose not to take inside the society i throw that somehow she managed to get...

I have ordered a combo as mentioned in subject line but they send cheap set of two Kurtis and now they are asking me to send back on my cost and they will refund the amount in their wallet only not the payment source. This is cheating I want my money back.

I have purchased one lehenga, i don't want that and i want to cancel it. But the website seems to be fraud as everytime it's asking for password invalid though i gave right one.
And also contact number is switched off.
Is there any way i need my money back

I have ordered one lehenga from house of lehengas on 14.03.2020, cost rs 1299
& i have received the lehenga on 20.03.2020
But quality is very poor, damage in blouse material, as well as embroidery of the lehenga is not similar as mentioned in picture of house of lehenga site.
Iam chasing continusously from 20.03.2020, but they are not responding yet uptill today i. E. 12.07.2020.
Please help!!!

I have booked order on 2nd july'20, online payment has also done for rs.1698/-
But i haven't got the confirmation message, i tried customer care, mails but they didn't respond....
