My order no is hl[protected]. I ordered set of 4 kurtis. Instead of delivering the same product they sent a worst material product.in mail i asked them to transfer the amount in my bank account but they added in hol wallet. Customer care no. Is pathetic, they don't to talk. This is a fraud website. I want you'll to take strict action against them, i have paid 1425rs. I want you'll to arrest them for running fake website. Unable to attach pictures.

I ordered for four kurtis costing rs 1200 but when i received it was all fake producta. I requested to return but they are not ready to return my money in my bank account. I made a prepaid payment. Order id in picture provided. Their email is info. [protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered 1 lehenga however totally dissatisfied with the product as it doesn't matches at all with picture displayed.

Aur le lo lehenga rs 1600 mein... Totally fraud.

Beware of them, now they changed their name: "house of ethenic"...😩😩

Kindly send test email before making online order, if email got failed, it gives u a trigger that company is fraud.

I order 2 times... But still product is not good... And they will not return my payment after promising... I have proof via email... Since 1 month customer care employee told me your payment is in process... But now they will fraud with me.. And say... We will not give you any refund... At a time i am not having any product... Nor my return payment... They totally cheated me... They told me once you return order.. Within a 4 days we will return your payment... Now they were not answer my email not recive my call...
They are only cheting with customer for recive payment... After one or two times ordet process they were not give productnot give refund..

Also, it looks different than what was shown in pic. Wrong size received. And their customer care ask us to courier the product back to them on our own cost and then they would return the amount to our wallet. Not in our account.
Is it the way to sell your products - or you are earning money only by this way.. By taking charges and blocking all customers money.
Even the quality of products received is not good.
Now they are not giving correct product neither i am getting my money back.

I have ordered kurtis for the price of rs 1450/ and they sent me some cheap kurtis price of 100/. When i have asked for refund they blocked my no from their website even i have messaged them in fb on feedback chat group after my messages they deleted all records. Again i booked some other kurtis from another no. After some day i received call from them to confirm my address i again reminded them for fraud they did with me. They send their address to sent the parcel on my own cost and they informed me that they have a policy that they dont refund money they will deduct rs.150 /from my rs. 1450 amount and they will put points on my account. How can one believe such fraud company who never calls or who don't responses on chat and blocks customer's no. Such a fraud and cheat company. No support as per customer care.

I ordered a lehenga from house of lehenga s.. But the product was very bad purely different as shown in pic...
Please do the action against them.. And do the needful of return my money back.
Please do some necessary steps regarding the the company... Please do help me.. Refund my money of 1700..

We have ordered a dress and they have delivered completely different one. The customer care numbers on their website are always switched off. When contacted through mail, they are not ready to refund money, instead they want us to courier the product to their address, post which they will credit money to the wallet and we need to buy product again from their website. Please check the attachment for omages of the order product and the actual one delivered.

I had ordered 4 kurtis of rs 1450/-... Recieved it on cash on delivery... When opened the parcel there were just four piece of cheap quality cloth which must not be even above rs50 outside in market.. Just printed cloths which don't even match as shown on website by even 1%... When contacted their number is unavailable and no reply from email aswel.. They have duped me... The cloth parceled can't be even worn by any beggar on street it is that cheap quality.. When i pulled the cloth it tore into two half pieces... These people are fraud and cheaters and they should be banned from online service and put behind bars for cheating people and taking away their money.. Their services should be immediately stopped!!!

I ordered the 4 Kurtis for Rs 1425 dated 30th June and when I received it on 2nd July the material was of very poor quality and also the size was not as they showcased on the site. When I called their Customer service head he accepted of the quality issue and promised for the refund in the Bank account. He also promised me to pay the Return charges of the courier

After strong followup they have not deposited the money to the Bank account rather gave the points and deducted the Rs 150 even after accepting of the poor quality of the p)roduct from their Customer service head Mr. Sharma (on 2nd July and Shivani one of the customer service team on 4th July

Their customer support team is very rude and don't have any business ethics. I advise not to buy anything from this site. Its big fraud. Here with I am sharing the entire thread of the email. Please think twice before doing any purchase from these people

I had ordered 4 combo kurtis from this website and they sent me wrong products. After complaining them about this through emails they requested me to send the product back to them through shree maruti courier. They received the product n i sent them the pod delivery confirmation through email but i never received any reply from them. Then i tried calling them on there contact number also they confirmed that they received the product but still they arer not refunding my money back to my account nor they r sending me back the original product i had ordered. I even paid extra money to send the courier back to n they will not pay me for that also.

I had ordered a pair of anklets Order Number: HL[protected] on 23/06/2019 but I received a set of necklace and ear-rings instead on 30/06/2019 and when I requested to return the product and refund the amount which was paid by me this is what they have to say : We are extremely sorry that you didn't like the product and we could not meet your expectations. So they wont refund the amount to the source from which it was paid and they want me to shop again on their website and get duped.Is this some sort of joke they are trying to play on me?I would like to get a full refund of the paid amount on my bank account from which it was paid.

House of lehngas has no service to refund the money even for the wrong product supplied.
They direct you hard by not taking responsibility of return to a third party.
They even charge you rs 150/- for the even the wrong product supplied.
Moreover we have to courier the wrong supplied product at our cost.
Lastly the do not refund the money but shall issue repurchase voucher.
Is it business?

I had ordered some clothes worth Rs 5000 and none of the clothes that I have selected has been delivered to me . This site shows something and send something else. I ordered 4 kurties online for 1450 Rs and they send me very cheap material kurties of different designs. I send a mail for returning the product as per their return policy guidelines but they have not replied till now. It's a fake site and please stop them from looting other people also by showing beautiful products.
