I have one kirti online on 27th May, 2019 of worth 1565rs/- on COD but received another product which is no where close to my order (not even worth 500) After opening the kurti, courier boy denied to take back the packet since it is opened. Wrote several mails to them but no response even in messenger. No phone number available. Big fruads. I want my money back

I have recently placed an order, with order id: DPL BS[protected]. i was not aware of their fraud. i haven't place the same order as it seemed in photo. this is totally different. kindly help me to get the money back which i paid to courier boy as COD. Courier company was Shadowfax. (i have placed order form www.houseoflehengas.com also i have mailed but not reply also on side not mentioned contact details.

Please please help to get this people and teach them a lesson.

I have ordered a salwar material for 1550 through online from house of lehengas store. The delivered material is not even worth for 100 rupees. So I have initiated the return process via sending an email which has mentioned in the online site. But they didn't respond till now.

House of lehengas is an online fraud site that charges customers for products by delivering fake products.in the first week of may, after seeing their advert on instagram, i ordered two products. The money was immediately deducted but i received no receipt. After e-mailing them 10 times, i received the wrong order on 13th may. Their customer service respresentative shikha patel replied to my e-mail asking for the details of order, mentioning my money will be refunded on 15th may 2019.

I have not received any response from them. Their address is tower -3, 110 kuberjee textile park 2, delhigate surat, gujarat - 395003.

They have been looting several other customers who voice their opinion on facebook. But these complaints are immediately deleted. There is no phone number mentioned on the website. There is no representative detail mentioned.in short, house of lehengas is another example of online scam done by anonymous people. Immediate concern needs to be raised about their activity and it should be bought to justice.

I made an order with this online shopping site house of lehengas for rs 1425, but received a wrong product instead. I strongly believe that the online site as such is to fraud customers. They show incorrect login credential when i tried to login to make refund request as soon as i received my package. They are not responding to emails, which is the only source to contact them.
I can't stand to spare them and letting them to continue this cheating.

I had ordered a lehenga from this site but my product is totally different from what i had ordered. Now they are not replying to single msg or mail. I contact to other people who are commenting on this page of facebook and they all are also facing the same problem. They show a very fancy and good quality product but send us cheap fabric. Please we want our money back.

Combo of 4 kurti I paid rs1490...the product was worth for that money and I ordered 4 piece but I recieved the product worth of 200rs like that Once the item was delivered, I did not receive any notification from the site I messaged to there e-mail id, Facebook page, Instagram page but there is no reply from them. info.[protected]@gmail.com
this is the email address of them...Onlyy I got a call from the courier boy that my item has reached and on the packet there is no address, email id, contact no of the sender. How can any courier service accept such packets.? The website of the courier is

No one will order for the second time. So, dear seller please do not cheat customers. You don, t have to eat everything in one day. Also an advice to all the buyers, please do not buy anything from this site.

I have ordered the product before one week the product is combo of two kurtis but when i recieved it is totally different stuff and product which is ordered by me. It worth of rs.990. Kindly change these with original product other than refund my payment. After that when i recieved the product. Then i had mail their email id but there is no response while they mentioned in their policy they will response with in 24 to 28 yrs.

This is regarding the purchase of the clothes in the below website (House of lehengas). And they have sent us the wrong product, the cloth price could be rs. 500. But we ordered rs. 1569. I have paid through online rs. 1569 a proof has been attached and also attached my bank statement for your review. The product came to my home on 17th may and the courier boy ask my wife to pay rs. 1590 based on the pack attached cash on deliver (Attached invoice). She is not aware that i have paid it online and she paid rs. 1569. Kindly do the needful and get my money back rs.1569 + rs.1569 = 3138. Since, they don't have contact details and the company address, i need your help to sort this out.

I ordered 1 long kurti and 2 semi stitched materials from house of lehenga site. It was cash on delivery option. Upon opening the parcel to my dismissal the items i ordered were not in parcel but sheer cheap material kurties i found against the payment of 3470 rupees. The products shown on the site are super attractive.
They looted my hard earned money.
I need justice. Please help and stop these malpractices.

I had ordered a set of 4 kurthis from house of lehengas for rs.1450 as per this link - https://www.houseoflehengas.com/product-detail/combo-of-4-popular-kurtis/736. instead i received only one kurthi and that was not even one among the ones shown in the link. They are not responding to my messages or email. There is also no contact number available to call. Please do the needful.

Order no: #hl[protected]. I have not received the product i ordered. I want to cancel this order and refund of my money. I have ordered the product on 4.5.2019. It got delivered on 12.05.2019. There is no proper communication. I couldn't contact anyone. No tracking details. I mailed to info. [protected]@gmail.com. No reply yet. Kindly take an action soon.
