HP India — consumer name correction

Sir,
I am a consumer of hp gas, in the name of consumer list your agency is missing my middle name in data entry, my actual name is "rahul kumar sharma" but they are showing only "rahul sharma".
My aadhar number is same as per as your record, my address is same. I am already submitted mdbtl form in bank and gas agency as well as linked every where as per as your norms, but i cant recieve subsidy amount since last four to five months.
Today your hp gas agency is showing me the fault of missing middle name "kumaar" is not in your record thats why sudsidy amount is on hold.
So kindly requested to you please add my middle name kumar in my regular name.
