HP India — Extended warranty of laptop

I bought laptop LT-HP 15-PO77TX CORE I5 J6M42PA#ACJ with serial no 5CD447CP70 on 27th Jan 2015. This nachine had display problem so with much this type of complain finally my machine was DOA I got new machine LT-HP 15-P206TX CORE I5 K8U18PA#ACJ with serial no 5CD4494LP9 on 18th Feb 2015. Extended warranty was taken first machine mentioned above and the dealer as well as HP promised that extended warranty will be transferred to the new machine no LT-HP 15-P206TX CORE I5 K8U18PA#ACJ. And your customer support also says this is been approved but the problem is THAT THE CERTIFICATE WHICH IS ISSUED HAS WRONG MACHINE NUMBER. Now I have been asking since I got this machine about the status to the dealer as well as your customer service in Ankleshwar and also online to customer care and upto the heads of HP. They innumerable times asked for the documents and I sent it everytime. Still again yesterday they asking for the same, Do you think we people are just sittling idle and we do all this this again and again for you. Sorry to say but your service would be given in negative points if i m sent survey. Plus please do the needful as soon as possible or i will forge a consumer court complain against you and dealer. I am no where responsible for the wronG data or wrong number fulfilled you or the dealer are so NOW WHY AM I PUNISHED TO DO EVERYTHING AGAIN AND AGAIN
