Dear Sir Yesterday I have Purchased one Mouse Amounting to Rs 565 fo your Aurangabad dealer M/SBombay Stationers Pvt Ltd Aurangabad Maharashtra.Which I found Fauly i.e not in working condition. Hence I went to dealer to exchange the product. YOur dealer checked and confirmed that its not working . O aske d your dealer to replace the product and take the product back. Your dealer asked me to go to HP service Center and get that exchanged. I told him Why should i go to service center its your job to get this replace from HP . He replies me saying that " If you go to Company service Center they will replace you immediately however Company takes more than 15 days if it has to be replaced to them. I was surprise to hear this kind of comment from a big dealer about Hp India Company . this is totally unexpectable and damaging reputation of HP INDIA . I have left the product along with the receipt with your dealer saying I am leaving it as beg for you. NOw If India has some concern about your immage May i except a home delivery replacement fro you to save your image.
