I had purchased a new hp laptop model hp 15-ac 101 tu on 23 october 2016 from croma, connaught place, new delhi. The lap top is still under warranty.
2. This laptop has been giving problems from day one. A complaint about the extremely slow performance of the wi-fi functions was made to the dealer on the next day of purchase, which was given the case no. [protected] eventually on 9/11/2016 by you. It was also discovered that this laptop had been registered by you in someone else's name (Gagan kumar). It's guarantee was shown as running from march 2016, whereas it was purchased by me on 24/10/2016 after paying the full price. It seems an used and old product had been sold as new to me. The dealer, croma, connaught place, new delhi had not given a brand new boxed piece, but instead gave me a piece on display saying that this was an unused piece though on display for which they offered me a minor discount. I was willing to wait for a brand new boxed piece but they said that they had no piece in the store nor expected to get fresh supplies of this model in near future. They had of course offered other models but i was interested in this model.
3. The case number [protected] was handled by your service centre at okhla, new delhi. But the problem was not resolved even after taking the set twice to okhla centre and replacing the wi-fi card there. The problem was accidentally and temporarily resolved after the wi-fi service provider, mtnl new delhi, changed their modem.
4. As the problem persisted, another complaint was made which was registered as case no. [protected] dated 02/05/2017. This time, it was discovered that the latest drivers had not been downloaded.
5. This laptop has been a very unfortunate purchase for me, and in any case not of my standard. I would, therefore request you to -
(I) either replace this laptop by a defect-free laptop of the same brand, or
(Ii) preferably, allow me to purchase an hp laptop of superior brand (Pavilion or superior) by adjusting the price paid by me for this laptop in my new hp laptop purchase, and you take back this laptop.
6. You may also suggest an appropriate hp brand for me, a retired senior citizen, for my personal home use, with good internet performance, and above 1 tb internal memory. My main requirement is to store memories at this age and communicating with children over skype.

3. After purchase of this laptop, various folders like documents, pictures, music, etc. From my old laptop - a hp pavilion dv4 series (Product no. Wh951pa#acj and serial no. Cnd0071lcg), having window 7, were transferred to the above-mentioned laptop, having window 10. All the transferred folders from the old laptop were grouped under an icon "rakesh srivastava" on the new laptop. I could go through any folder under "rakesh srivastava" and open new folders and files there, by right-clicking on an empty space.
Alternatively, on the tiles of window 10, i could open new word, excel, access files etc.
I used to import new photos from my mobile phone to the laptop by opening a new folder in the 'picture"section under"rakesh srivastava". Whenever, anything was to be loaded on facebook or instagram, the browsing was of various folders/files in"rakesh srivastava"path.
The problem is -
4. Since august 2017, when i was operating this laptop in switzerland, i am unable to open a new"folder"or"file"in the"rakesh srivastava"section. I have to go to the tiles of window 10, and open a new file there. The photos imported from the mobile were earlier saved by opening a new folder in the"picture' section of the path "rakesh srivastava". Now, photos imported from mobile are necessarily saved under the 'pictures' tile of window 10 and saved under different albums in that path only. But this path is not browsed by the facebook or instagram. They browse only the files in the path of "rakesh srivastava" only. As a result, i am not able to upload pictures on facebook, etc., as they browse only the folders in the path "rakesh srivastava", where i cannot save new photos; and the only path of "pictures" of window 10 is not browsed by facebook for uploading. I have come back to india and the problem persists.
5. I would, therefore, request you to let me know how i can continue to open new files and folders in the path of "rakesh srivastava", where various folders transferred from window 7 in the old hp laptop are located.

From time to time, I stop getting the site on my this laptop for prolonged periods of time. Troubleshooting shows that the host server was not responding. Last month, I was operating this Laptop in Switzerland, where there was no problem in getting this site without any adjustment. It seems, the problem is not on account of any lack of protocol details. Moreover, there is no problem in getting this site on my mobile.
4. I would, therefore, request you to advise as to how to get this site on uniterrupted basis.

Every week, I get a number of mails from them, but I cannot open them as my laptop cannot reach the above web-site. Troubleshooting shows that the host server is not responding.
Last month, I had operated this Laptop from Switzerland; there was no problem in getting the above site there. When I came back to India, again I could not get the above web-site. It is clear that the problem is not due to any protocol related issue.
4. I would, therefore, request you to advise me suitably so that I can have access to this web-site as and when needed.

Dear Sir

I have raised a complaint on HP customer care the complaint No is [protected] lat week .But still today no body hae vistited neiher have given a call for help .
Call lock date 11.8.17...but till today no respond from hp side
I want a immediate action on this we have bought it for approximately 30000 please its warranty is also not completed so please tell the problem it has it is bought only before one year
I HV installed BIOS in my laptop after that laptop is get restarted withself but not displaying anything on screen (black) ..I will seriously regret this ...15BS576TX model i5
