I had purchased a pen drive (Hpv 250w 32 gb) online through snapdeal vide order no.[protected] dated 06.11.2017. I am sorry to report that the purchased product is of no use and is not detected by any of the desktop of laptop. I contacted your service centre "redington india poloview srinagar and h. P world shop no.6 sabeena building sbi lane srinagar". The in-charge/employees of the said service centre told me that they cannot help me and advised to return the product to the seller for replacement or otherwise. I took up the matter with the snapdeal they advised for a certificate from h. P service centre duly stamped and signed mentioning therein that they are unable to resolve the concern. I again approached to your service centre however they outrightly denied to provide any such certificate instead advised to take up the issue with h. P consumer support. As per law your company is bound to provide the necessary support to its customers as such you are requested to advice the concern service centre for the needful lest i shall have no option but to approach the customer forum for necessary remedy.
