[Resolved]  HP India — I was sold a bad product.

Dear sir,
My name is Pankaj. I bought a new laptop from HP. The day after buying the laptop, it went bad. HP has sold me a bad laptop. I have been giving a Complaint to HP for 3 months but my problems are not solvable. Running away from his responsibilities. I also asked him why a new laptop went bad the next day. I think HP has sold me a bad laptop instead of a new laptop. Help me.

The company is not resolving my problem. 3 times the company has sent the engineer. They do not solve my problem at my home. The engineer is sent again and again. Now they are speaking the same thing for the fourth time. I am tired of calling the engineer. The company is not fixing my problem but wasting my time. Ever since I bought a new laptop, I have been having problems with it since that day. The company has sold me a bad laptop as a new laptop. I get a call from this number. +91 33 4408 7100 I was sold a bad useless laptop.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My new laptop has a hanging problem, which I have already done to you in the complaint, but you did not take any action. Neither is my problem solvent. You have spoiled my 3 months. You have not yet fixed my problem within three months.
The company lies every day on email as well as on the phone. It is said every day that your problem will be fixed soon, but it does not happen, my 3 months have been spoiled.
