HP India — Inefficient Technical Support

I was having problem with my display adapters. My laptop model is hp g4-1121tx and it is out of warranty. There are 2 display adaopters one is the intel hd graphic driver and one is radeon graphic driver. Once i done chatting related to this problem with your support executive namely SAI KRUPA and done whatever he told, downloaded every driver installed. But it was all in vain. Than a email was arrived from hp about the problem being solved when i replied that problem was still notsolved, please help me. There was no reply. Is this is the service that we expect from a reputed brand like HP. Please do something if you could, this is my CASE NUMBER : [protected]
