I bought my laptop on 16, August, 2014, S/N CND42891DY, P/N J2C54PA#ACJand RED. CODE 8153343. It shows "smart disk error ", while starting up my laptop and ask to run "hard disk scan" which i did but shows error in that as well. My other problem is that it doesn't detect "Lan Cable" as well which i expect is because Lan port in Laptop is damaged.

    Sir, There was an issue with my laptop LCD screen where the liquid started leaking from inside. As the engineer checked, there was no damage or crack in the LCD which clearly indicates that the fault was from inside and it was not consumer induced. But sir they rejected my complaint saying that it won't be covered under warranty. While selling laptops they say that we don't have to worry about any damages. In 3 years warranty everything will be covered, but they go back on their words very soon. Every time I am having problem with this laptop. I am giving my laptop issue details. Kindly do the needful.       Dear Sir/Madam, I had bought the HP Pavilion g6-2008tx Notebook PC from a retail shop at Lamington Road, Mumbai at start of June 2012 with 3 years warranty. The Laptop didnt start up from 28th May 2015, I approached the authorised HP service centre located in Lamington Road (Mumbai) the next day with the Laptop to repair as it was still under warranty. The service centre person instead of telling me what was wrong with my Laptop, he panicked me about the last day of warranty, and i should pay immediately in one day to extend the warranty, else i have to pay for existing damage too. Without getting the information on what is already wrong with my Laptop, i paid the Warranty extension fees of Rs.6000/- in cash and obtain extension of warranty. Then after 2 days, i got a mail from service centre that the laptop needs heavy overhauls and i need to pay Rs.16, 290/- for the damage even after my existing warranty was in force and also paid for warranty extension. Looking at the amount, i told them that they should have checked and told the same thing the same day, i came for repair. If i should have known the amount that day itself, i would have not wasted my money on extending warranty. I had asked for the refund for the amount so that i utilise the refund and amount for repairs to buy new HP Laptop money instead of repairing old one. They denied the same saying that warranty is already renewed, and we cant do anything. Even HP call centre has no answer to that. They both are putting the blame on each other for my problem without any solution/refund. I would like a refund of warranty fees or repair my Laptop free of cost because HP & Service centres are fooling customers on dual battling and they are not looking into the issue in the first place. Please look into this problem and suggest a suitable solution at the earliest. Please find the emails sent to them by regarding this as below.             I bought an hp pavilion ab030tx for rs55000 out of which rs1200 were charged for hp laptop bag which was not delivered with the laptop, and neither delivered after 15-20 days of registering complaints in both hp and blue dart, both just keep on saying "we will forward the complaint to concerned people." i am fed up i want hp to give me refund of rs1200 as soon as possible.

                I bought an HP laptop, model no:Pavilion 15-n203Tx, Serial No:5CD3482JGH, after 6 months some of the keys of the keyboard stopped working. I filed the complaint, the product was in warranty and the engineer came to my home and replaced the keyboard. Now again after 7 months(after the previous incident) the same problem is happening and the warranty has also expired. I called he HP service numbers and filed a complaint again on 23-May-2015 and I was told that I will have to pay for the service.I agreed to that but on asking why the hell same problem is occurring again they didn't provide an answer. I got the message containing the case Id i.e'[protected]' and 2 numbers of some engineer or may be service center employee and it was mentioned in the message the HP engineer will be deployed soon. Also while filing the complaint I was told that somebody will respond to my complaint within 24 Business hrs.Nobody has responded to my complaint yet. I called 100 of times to those numbers provided in the message and all I am getting is that the numbers are switched off. Last Saturday that was 29-May-2015 I called the HP support again and they said they are very sorry for the inconvenience and they told me that they had my wrong email Id so the email was not sent to my proper email id related to the quotation for the support or new keyboard or whatever it was. The correction was made and they again said within 24 business hrs u will receive the mail and as soon as u approve that, service will be provided.I also asked for some higher authority number so that i can personally complain about what is happening. MR. Bhanu Lyar's( head of some department in MUMBAI, pardon me if spelling is wrong) number([protected]) was provided, I called on that landline number twice for two days between 11AM and 2:30PM no one picked the call so after two days i stopped calling again. The situation is now that I haven't yet received any mail from HP for quotation or whatever and nobody is taking this seriously. Nobody contacted yet from the HP center. I want an assurance that after solving the problem with the keyboard, again the same problem will not occur in the future provided of course if at all they are going to provide a service this time. Also you should have proper answer why the hell service is delayed and why the hell the keyboard is not functioning as expected even if it is replaced 7 months back. If in case the problem is not only related to the keyboard(which is very likely) and it is inside the laptop which the previous engineer, who replaced the keyboard and tested the machine properly(his words), was not able to find the root cause.In this case whose responsibility it is?? Why should I pay for this if the laptop could have been perfected when it was in warranty period??? Well all those things comes only after you are willing to provide the service, which I seriously doubt. Terrible experience with this company.
                Same thing I also experienced with HP. Worst service ever.

                  Dear Sir, We are having HP Designjet T1500 35-in ePrinter (Serial No. CN3C38H046) at our office which was purchased in March 2014. For the same we also purchased HP Care Pack as per Serial No. “XQSM7H9BX3C5” for 3 years duration ending on 30.03.2017. This is to inform you that the above mentioned Printer is not working since last more than 3 weeks. On registering the complaint (Comp. No. [protected]) with HP Customer Care, your executives Mr Mukul (Contact No. [protected]) & Mr Sudhir (Contact No. [protected]) from M/s JABIL Centre, Jasola, New Delhi came to resolve the issue but nothing was done. These people are just doing hit & trial to solve the problem but are completely unable to resolve the issue. They are not even able to find the actual cause of the problem. We also informed Senior Executive Mr Ajay (Conact No. [protected]) from M/s JABIL about this, but he also didn’t responded to our query. For this, another complaint was again registered with Comp. No. [protected], but still the problem is unresolved. Also, the executives from M/s JABIL are not responding properly and are unable to tell us how much more time will be required to resolve the issue. Therefore, you are requested to please look into the matter taking it on highest priority so that the problem is resolved ASAP as we are suffering huge financial losses due to this.                           hello hp service, I want to inform you that your hp company is sucks now. I hate hp service, I have my laptop use 5 months, but every time it has some problem, Every time I need to call your technician to repair it again and again. It gets hang every time, your service providers are give temporary solution and laptop problem is going on. you are the worst dealers of laptop ever hp. My bad luck is I have purchase your company laptop. I have suggest my all guys to don't purchase your laptop and other accessorize.

                            Dear Sir, I was purchased hp 7 voice tab vide serial no- CNU4489SRF PRODUCT NO J6U32PA#ACJ AND IMEI NO-[protected]. The said product is under warranty. But unfortunate from last two days back did not take charge. While I was attract to authorized service center kolkota the service person was not ready to accept the problem and denies to receive the product and replied that your display is cracked i[censored] change the display by cash payment than we will receive the complain, and pressers me to replace the display. In fact my display is little bit cracked but working perfectly and it cracked last three months before but the charger problem came last two days back. I do not want to change display due to my finance problem but which is under warranty provide the service. Therefore here is my humble request to you kindly direct to Kolkata service center to receive the product and provide the service with honestly.                               I purchased a HP laptop few months back. And this is the third time I visited the store for the battery issue with your laptop in its warranty period. This laptop has battery issues, driver issues and a variety of other problems. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY HP PRODUCT EVER AGAIN. Extremely poor service and poor quality of products.

                                I am having a very bad experience with the service team (I'm living in Bangalore and been contacted by the IQOR team). Its been a very hard time for customer if the service team wont act unless the customer calls them up repeatedly. And still no progress has been made over the last 2 weeks. Absolutely zero progress. And I'm extremely frustrated by the fact that the people I had contacted aren't even ready to share proper info on escalating this to get a better service. I'm trying my luck with this. I had raised the complaint on May 18th. This is the case ID i had received: [protected]. I didn't got any call except for the auto-SMS stating a few IQOR service center numbers. Finally I had to call them up and then only they assigned an engineer. This was on May 22nd. Exactly 4 days after raising the complaint. Now the engineer was busy (obviously) beyond my imagination. After 4-5 calls I was able to meet him on May 25th. He came and collected some photos. And asked me to sent the invoice over mail. I had sent the HP warranty as he told me its enough and I didn't had the soft copy of the invoice with me at that time. On May 26th evening I received a mail saying "Closure of your request"!! So as it turned out, I didn't submitted the invoice (just the HP warranty card) and case was closed because of it. This happened even without stating the reason to me or checking up with me. No phone calls nothing. No communication prior to closing the case. Unless they state these things, how can i even produce the invoice. And i was mislead byt he engineer that HP warranty card is enough. (i relied on it as its a soft copy). I had produced the invoice copy later. I had to call them several times to finally reopen the case. It was re-opened again on June 1st with a new case ID: [protected]. I got a phone call today (June 2nd) saying an engineer will be assigned etc. its the same procedure I had been through. I haven't got any call from the said engineer at this point of writing this. So I'm at back to zero. No progress in my case. Its been 2 weeks, more than 20 calls to iqor service center just to get the reply "we are working on it sir". i tried to call the manager but the phone is just switched off. When I had purchased my laptop, it said "next business day door step service". its been more than 2 weeks and nothing. Why are you fooling the customers like this. If you cant provide post sale service then why should we even consider your brand's product for any purchase? we pay the premium amount for your products to get a better post sale service. I want to know what can be done to get my device repaired.

                                  Sir, The HP LED Monitor of this office of HP is displaying horizontal black line, the complaint of which has already been registered and Case ID is [protected]. As per the telephonic conversation with one of your executive, it was being communicated that the fault may be due to over heating or physical damage. In this context, let me inform you that ours is a Central Government Department, head quarter being the Comptroller & Auditor General of India and the EDP Section in which the HP Desktop is placed is kept under ideal atmospheric condition. All the machines purchased are on DGS&D basis and are having 3 years warranty. The staff operating the machine are also well trained. There are a total of more than 200 nodes in the EDP hall out of which only this fault is the first one of this type. Hence the comment about physical man handling or over heating conditions is baseless. I therefore request you to reopen the complaint and do the needful to replace/repair the monitor at the earliest.                                     i brought a laptop 2 years ago from HP certified showroom under the warranty of 1 year. --- Webcam in my laptop stopped & i complained, it was replaced within a week but wrong hardware was installed (my laptop is of 40, 000 but the hardware installed was the one which comes with 20, 000 rupees laptop) then i called again with issue & right hardware was installed next time... ---few months later my wifi & bluetooth started to create problem & i called HP again then they said the whole motherboard will be replaced since this problem is deep, i said okay do it & make my laptop work again...they changed the motherboard & laptop started working fine ---i have 1 year onsite warranty which means that the motherboard & webcam hardware was changed at my home in front of me... now the problem is that my graphics card was of 2GB ATI RADEON HD7670M initially i didn't checked but later i got to know that the new hardware is 1GB, half of my original one & my CPU used to provide performance at 6.9 but after changing it provides 6.1 which is a great fall in performance & GPU is half of original... all i want is right motherboard installed again so that i can get the value for money... ---motherboard was changed 1 year before & then warranty ended...i stopped playing games then & didn't noticed it but from last 2 or 3 months i have started playing games & doing heavy stuff and my laptop is not providing performance i was promised... ---please resolve this issue as soon as possible & i have receipt of wrong webcam installed and then right webcam installed & then motherboard installed...i can provide all 3 receipts to you as a proof...!!!

                                      I purchased a lapi last 9 month back. From last 3-4 months there is power blinking problem facing to me & by this my daily office work is affecting. A4 serve looks this by 7-8 visits without any solution. Even 3 time they replaced my lapi's cord. No solution Worst service No listening for complaints only complaint punching by no. No one is responding to me Need replacement now for my lapi Kindly help in resolving this issue There warranty issue also. According to them warranty expires by July but I purchased this. lapi in sep 2014. How this can happen. Plz help

                                        Hi TAC, One of My Friend bought new HP Pavilion 15 Inches Laptop few months ago, His Brother installed Windows 10 by formatting Pr-Installed Windows 8 OS when he was not in Home Town, all the Drive Partitions, Recovery Drives are Deleted. Now I Required to Install Pr-Loaded OS & Supported HP Software's as good as new, what i Have to do. Still Notebook is under Warranty.
                                        HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
