Sir,
I buy a hp pavallion hp 15:n208tx having serial number 5CD4115160, 2 years back . My laptop is in accidental warranty of 3 years.
I claim my warranty on 2/9/2016 and hp engineer come to my place and do all the formalities and said within 2-3 working days all the parts will be brought and we call you.
My query is it is almost more than 8 days and their is no phone call received from your side I called engineer on 6/9/2016 and he said product part is not available right now you have to wait for 2 more days .
But I didn't receive any call today on 10/9/2016 I called to vivek, who is hp service centre contact person and he said that the part is not available right now and wait for 5-6 days more...
I have my job work{} programmer }and I need my laptop to fix as fast as possible. What can I do sir, I trust hp but my trust was broken as your service is too slow and unreliable.
Please send me valuable feedback from your side and fix dates to when my laptop will be fixed.😢
