HP India — laptop not delivered even after many weeks

I ordere a laptop on first week of august through online hp. I had paid the entire amount for laptop. Till now it is not delivered. I sent several mails to customer support, service head, operation head without any success. Also they are not taking customer service calls regarding order status and disabled the order status on the profile page of customers. I appeal to all customers who were cheated by hp to file criminal suit against hp india managing director for breach of trust and illegal possession of other people's money. Spread this information as much as possible. Hp is making huge profit by taking the money o[censored]nsuspecting customers on the pretext of delivering quality service and product, yet not adhering to any of the promise. They are also forcing customers to cancel the orders by delaying tactics and collecting the 5% cancellation fee from customers. I suspect they made billions through this. Government agencies should investigate this matter urgently. I appeal everybody to report this matter to government authorities concerned as early as possible.
