HP India — non delivery in time assured

This is to advise you that delivery of the product was attempted by you on 25th july 2017 only – 8 days after placing an order that was confirmed for same day delivery that is : 18th july 2017

Phone calls from both hp and savex were subsequently received by me on 20th july 2017 assuring delivery on 22nd july 2017 and also that i would be compensated for the delay. None of this materialized

I had no choice but to refuse the product ordered due to your deficiency of service/s

It is extremely surprising that post this neither of you have attempted contact in any form to take possible remedial action

I reserve my rights as available to a consumer under the applicable laws to take action as provided under the said law without further notice to either of you. I also would make people and masses aware of your deficiency of services

Your stockist savex on being called at 1035 am this morning on telephone number[protected] doesn’t even know whether the product is in stock or not and just beats about the bush

Why do you take orders and assure delivery when you cannot perform as assured in writing and do not even have the courtesy of responding to my various mails on this subject

I am giving you till 1300 hours today - 20th july 2017 - for delivery, post which i shall file a case against both savex and hp in the consumer courts as well as resort to social media to make people aware of your non performance and false assurances.

This may be construed as a “notice” as defined under the law
