Come in my office. But 24 hours has gone nobody response me and i am waiting at 8.30 pm in my office... Please do something for me otherwise

उपरोक्त प्रिंटर uppcl unnao में लगा है अभी मुश्किल से तीन माह भी नही हुए हैं, प्रिंटर ने काम करना बंद कर दिया है। 20 दिनों से पेपर ब्लैक पट्टी के साथ निकल रहे थे अब तो पेपर ही नही ले रहा। प्रिंट देने पर पेपर फंस जा रहा है।

    I purchased printer cum
    Scanner of hp m1005 in the month of october 2016. Now it is not working. I tried several time over the phone nos. Provided on the website but either the phone is kept waiting or disconnected.
    Now i am running from pillar to post to get repaired my printer as it is within the period of warranty but no help from any quarter.
    Please help.

      Respected sir i have purchase hp notebook 15-ay513tx laptop from alphainfo, bhavnagar, gujarat on 18st feb. 2014 against invoice no. : ar[protected].

      Soon i realise that there is color staturation issue and web cam quality is not proper.

      1. My hardware dealer alphainfo has tried with various driver.

      2. 19th mar, 2017, sunday i got laptop delivery as my bus was there on mid night from ahmedabad to bhavnagar so i was not able to checkout laptop due to packing of laguages.

      3. My flight was early morning from ahmedabad to new delhi on 20th mar, 2017, monday.

      4. I reached noida and checkout laptop on 20th mar, 2017 at night time. Cam result was not good.

      5. Three times i have chat with hp support team. However they have sent me pre-typed replied for doing driver update and cmos update. Cmos update is harmful. So i have sent mail on their higher authority, that your customer service centre staff will perform that. Service centre did it. However they are also fail.

      6. As usual i got two times call from nirmala from management side and case id [protected], [protected],, [protected], [protected], [protected]. All these cases are forcefully closed by hp authorities.

      7. As per our talk on telephonic i have visited their hp service station at iqor global services india pvt ltd, f-5-20, 5th flr, plt. No-6, wave silver tower, sector18, noida-201301, rabia waqar, m: +91 [protected] on 25th mar. 2017, saturday.

      8. Frequently change their words. First asked for replacement of piece, then said we will give you refund, after that nobody is pick up call, neither care for reply.

      9. Given fake promise of 3 years warranty in rs. 999. Now they turn back from their words and not giving any response on phone call, email address.

        Problem - blank screen with caps lock blinking 3 times regularily
        I already filed a complaint regarding this.. Hp service center alse sent their guy to check on 13th july, 2017 ; he said that ram needs to be replaced.. Since then whenever i call this guy either he doesn't pick up or if he does he says that havn't recieved part from company end.. Now today is 24th july and they are ignoring my calls.. Did not expect this recklessness from hp's end.

          I have purchased a laptop model hp554tu sl. No cnd70775kj with 3 years warranty through our company m/s gmmco ltd large quantities of hp laptop buyer through vendor m/s mercury systems in chennai. The day one its having booting problems and on line hp solution center have tried many many experiments in last two weeks to fix the problem and finally on 13th day, hp service center in chennai have changed key board with touch pad to fix the problem. After getting the repaired laptop, same problem have noticed and asked vendor to return back money as per invoice. Following anomalies have noticed :-
          1. Hp web page shows only one year warranty where as invoice shows 3 year direct hp warranty.
          2. This model seems to be absolute.
          3. This computer have purchased for my daughter studies and she could not use it for a single day resulting loosing classes for 2 weeks.
          I would like to know what action hp will be taking for such cases for customer satisfaction. Vendor have taken back laptop and not responding. What should i do now.

          But some icon do work properly who sat on display center some icon not open who sat start menu equal

              I had ordered for hp laptop from their online store with order-id 906291 and paid for the entire amount of rs 69000. They are not responding to me, now it has become 50 days from placement of order which i placed 10 days before gst implementation. Now even if they refund i will have to pay more which is there strategy. Kindly look into this matter and get it resolved asap.

              I too have similar problem.I paid entire amount for laptop on august first week.Till now it is not delivered.I sent several mails to customer support, service head, operation head without any success.I appeal to all customers who wre cheate by HP to file criminal suit against HP india managing director for breach of trust and illegal possession of other peoples money .Spread this as much as possible.

                Hp as a company is ripping cya. Purchased y notebook in february however have not operated the laptop more than 10 times however the laptop is dead and i am chasing them for 20 days with no resolution. Their eng confirmed in 6 months battery cycle shows 10 only and they are asking for money. Useless and pathetic company. Will never recommend anyone to buy to products along with that also with the kind of service that i have been receiving it has irked to the core and i just want my money back don't want laptop to be replaced or repaired. Don't trust them no more. Cheat company.

                  We bring to your kind notification that we purchased a new printer model: hp m 132nw laser printer

                  With seriel no:
                  Vnc4p00618 from it zone coimbatore, invoice no:23847 dated 15/12/2016.
                  And troubled a lot with the following complaints.

                  1. Till from the date of purchase of the above said priter, we troubled a lot
                  With the noise during the operation and when we asked for the seller regarding
                  Noise generation, we got a reply that this model
                  Printer will make noise during working, and we have been forced to beieve.

                  2. We found one wheel broken at the first time o[censored]se that was not also resolved.

                  3. Regarding the number of copies for the said ink level was not fulfilled.

                  4. During the 60 th day of purchase the printer troubled with the printing and we
                  Carried the printer to the seller shop and they charged rs. 500.00 for cleaning the
                  Catridge and on another occation company service personal informed that the practice of
                  Cleaning the catridge should never be done on any occation. It is left to your justice.

                  Finally we feel very sorry to bring your kind notification we troubled a lot with your
                  Printer within 6 months from the date of purchase and please clarify why we should not
                  File a complaint in the consumer court regarding the above said difficulties,
                  Disappointments, wastage of money, and time, technical misguidance, charging the amount for said
                  Catridge cleaning (Within the warranty time period) etc.

                  Already i complaint about this, but there is no responce case id-bjxv389501.

                  We beleive in getting your valuble reply and solution at the right time, and more on seeing

                      My laptop was sent for repair on june 2, 2017 at the hp service centre in faridabad, in charge of mr. Devendra. He assured me that the problems would be resolved soon. They had changed the motherboard of my laptop. Then i was told that my laptop’s issues had been resolved. I asked them to verify again and sent them an email that i wasn’t convinced and that they should recheck it, because i had been facing the problem for 2 years continuously had to get it checked every 6 months for repair since the date of purchase.
                      This constant problem has been distressing to me and resulted in significant loss of work and productivity. Their credibility is now at stake. I have grown immensely distrustful.
                      I contacted the customer care service at kolkata, where mr. Shantanu assured me that he would employ technicians to figure out a comprehensive solution. He said that the laptop had been fixed and asked me to collect it. He closed my case without my consent, without even informing me. When i went to receive my laptop, the hard disk was found to be not formatted, and i requested them to format it. The hard disk was formatted, but the windows could not be installed. Following this, they ordered a windows cd on june 24, 2017 and they created a new case subsequently, without prior information. Mr raju and mr kapil (Technician) finally claimed that my laptop had been restored and case manager mr shantanu mitra informed me of the same and said that the windows cd he had ordered was on its way. After i received the recovery cd, i was unable to resolve my problem, till july 02. I was supposed to move to jaipur and received my laptop on 5th july (From faridabad service centre). Despite my talks with mr mitra, the cd had not been ordered, and it was finally ordered on 7th of july. It was received on 11th july and on 12th july, the engineer (Mr ghanshyam) arrived at my place to operate the recovery media. I installed all programs subsequently but the last recovery cd developed a snag, and it was the same problem that i had been facing all along. I constantly contacted mr shantanu through mail but there was no response from their side. The behavior was totally irresponsible on their part. I was unable to contact them through phone either. The number i was provided was probably dysfunctional.
                      I was asked again to mention the faults with the laptop and assured that the engineer would check it again. I saved and sent them the information. I contacted mr shyam, manager of jaipur service centre. I was told that the cds which were not working was because of the motherboard and took away my laptop to inspect it again. (Since the replacement of the motherboard also did not work).
                      The laptop was taken on 18 july and i was to receive it on the 19th of july. At 4:30 pm on 19th, i enquired about my laptop and asked for communication with mr shantanu. They replied saying that the case was on top priority, although it did not seem like that. I felt completely harassed by this apathetic behavior of the officials. I was told mr shantanu was busy and would call me soon, before office closed (Around 6pm). The motherboard was changed twice but the problem persisted.
                      I waited till 7 pm but there was no phone call. I called the customer support again and i was told that my complaint had been registered and they would communicate shortly. The laptop is still in their custody.
                      I will not accept my laptop now, since this behavior is unacceptable and no solution has been provided. It is incredible to see how this hp team caters to its customers.
                      Despite this guarantee, the flaws did not subside.

                        This complain is regarding misbehaved by hp's representative

                        I had purchased the printer from hp co. And they promised that if something will happen wrong with the device i purchased, they will do that device fine but in the given guarantee time.

                        On 20/12/16 i had purchased the device, and was getting problems from the time i took the that.

                        I placed numerous of times complaints regarding the problems i was facing but they never given me response.

                        Few weeks before i got frustrated with from the product so i called them up onto their customer care number and said the same to the customer care executive, that executive registered the complaint and given me the complaint no. [protected]

                        One of their executive came at my place on 14th for repairing the device

                        After only 10 mints he tells me that rats has done urinal on the wires so he will not be able to repair that printer. But the thing he didn't even touched the printer.

                        I asked him the same. If he didn't even touched the printers who he can say that very surly, he start doing arguments. I asked him to calm down but he start abusing me also.

                        I want you people to help me in this.

                          On 30- June-2017 I had ordered the "HP 15-ay503TX" laptop from hp official estore (http://www.hpshopping.in/laptops).

                          They delivered me on 7th-July-2017. Once I open the box and switch on the laptop I found some white spots on screen and that spots blurry to all over the screen. I have complained on hp customer care number. they gave me case id and foreword the case to service center for DOA. the service center engineer came to my place and check the laptop and take a some photos of parts and damage screen. the engineer told me that your laptop screen is damage. and gave me the receipt of visit. the service center person submitted the required document to the back-end team for the conformation. then I called to the customer care. the told me give us 2-3 working days will resolve your complain as there team working on it. I said ok. but 5-6 working days gone but they still not approve my replacement.

                          I called or chat with customer support online they every day give me same answer there team working on it but not gave me the conformation. today is completed the 13 days to to assign then a my replacement case.

                          I am fade up. I am a programmer my whole work is stuck because of they don't give me the conformation for replacement since 13 days. I think they are not in a mood to give me the replacement. My trust broken i will not trust on hp. I don't want replacement I want refund now. they take back there damage laptop and give back my 45386 Rs. I don't want this damage laptop.

                            Hp aims to build up an advance technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere — every person, every organization, and every community around the globe. Is that really true?
                            Because when it comes to providing service to the customer it is really really poor. What is the use of the technology if customer can't get the service for the product.
                            I purchased my laptop on 9th june 2017, hp pavilion 15- au620tx. I was informed by the registered dealer that i can 999 for one year theft and insurance claim and 2 years of extended warranty. He also told me for 999 u can get accessories worth 3000. I made online payments as per the requirement.
                            I waited for the redemption but i hav just recieved an email from reliance of 1 year theft and insurance claim.
                            Nothing related to 2 years of extended warranty and the accessories which i can purchase under 3000.
                            My redemtion code is 90384298.
                            The due date for all this formalities to be completed was 9th july 2017.
                            The customer service provider or redemption help provider were also being rude and just telling me that these things are out of stock and hence we cannot promise any date by which we can provide the service.
                            If necessary actions are not taken by the company it becomes a clear case of fooling customers and i won't even suggest anyone to buy something from hp cause providing technology without service does not make any sense.

                                Planet, rohtak. After some time few problem arise in my laptop. After
                                So many visits of engineer he did doa. And i submitted my laptop on

                                HP customer service as well as DOA TEAM is such a horrible support ever i got in my life.. I bought hp Pavillion laptop and within 14days i got dim light display issue and i raised complain against it.. Its been a month i didn't get any response from them such a horrible company and their team as well.. Every single day i call them for update and their reply is same everyday i.e. u have to wait for 24/48 hours.. Its been a month NO RESULT. My DOA letter got rejected after being issued still no response.. Now i have to take strict action against this.. And contact consumer forum for the same

                                  - i purchased a laptop on 08th november 2014,
                                  - just within a year and couple of months i. E. Around january 2016 my first battery malfunctioned which came with the laptop,
                                  - i purchased another battery pack from original hp shop (Currently installed in my laptop), i strongly feel that i must have received faulty battery alongwith my laptop at the time of purchase, since i was not aware of this problem before i threw my old battery without keeping any record of it. But i still have the original battery bought.

                                  Now - as per the technician at hp centre - the mother board of my laptop has malfunctioned and i need to replace it with a very very expensive spare part i. E. The whole mother board.

                                  I strongly feel that either hp company is supplying cheap quality products or faulty products (Battery pack) due to which customers like myself have to end up paying huge amounts in repairing just within 2 years of purchase.

                                  Moreover this mother board issue must have been caused due to faulty charge output from the defective battery pack. The technician blames it on electrical surge but anybody who knows the working of electrical system can tell that if there is any such surge first the adapter should have absorbed it or else at least the battery should have taken the impact and safeguarded the mother board. Even a simple fuse cold have done the job.

                                  While this was happening i came to realize that hp help centre is not of much help and hp service centre has a very lethargic attitude towards customers, they had not even provided me with a quotation for almost a month.

                                  Now i am left with a huge repairing bill of rs. 40k+ and a broken laptop - please note here that hp has turned down to replace the spare part saying that since the cost of repairs is higher they suggest to opt for a new laptop.

                                  I will highly discourage anybody buying hp products.

                                  I have ordered printer from hp on 5th July 2017 and as per the estimate delivery date it was supposed to get delivered in 2-4 days but till 15th the printer is.not yet delivered. Have written numerous mail to hp customer care.

                                    I bought a hp-ba028ax model laptop on 22 may 2017 from sky solutions private laxmi nagar new delhi for 36000. Alongwith this laptop i took a carepack to extend its warranty for two additional years.. But the product was faulty and it was replaced under doa.. I took a new version, hp 15au620tx on 11 june from the same retailer.. And i requested hp to transfer my carepack to my new laptop.. The carepack was transferred to my new laptop but on the link provided it was showing that the regular warranty is valid upto 30 april 2018 and carepack warranty upto april 2020 while it should have been by 10 june 2018 and 10 june 2020 because i purchased it on 10 june 2017. When i enquired hp about the same i was told that it is valid upto 30 april because the retailer purchased it on 1st may 2017.. Somehow i was not satisfied and i asked them that give me this in written and they extended the warranty upto 21 may 2018 and extended warranty is still upto 30 april 2020, when i asked the about it the said the warranty will only start from the date of purchase of old laptop.. And extended warranty will be by 30 april 2020 only beacause the retailer purchased it on 1 may 2017.. Please look into this because if i have purchased something on 11 june 2017 then it should be valid by 10 june 2018... Thnx...

                                      My service case id is [protected], for laptop note book series, sl. No cnd4293bf2. I have paid 2500rs for extended warranty, my laptop wifi adaptor is not working. Local service people said that this must be hardware problem. After discussed with many hp service engineers through toll number finally got case id. Finally the service engineer advised me that your laptop os (Win 7) is not allowing me to solve the issue, so please format and reinstall it once again.
                                      For doing this i have to pay 600rs to a service centre, since i am not able to do myself. Past 18months i am struck up with laptop without inbuild wifi (I am using a 802.11 adaptor for wifi). I thought that a technician will visit and solve the issue. Then why did you get rs2500 for extented warranty. Now i am going to visit a service centre at tirunelveli (80kms far)... Fate...

                                      Printer is going offline when we take print and ready to give next one.

                                        Online Order No. 911606 for HP PAVILION LAPTOP for Rs. 61990.00 placed on HP through their distributor SAVEX (P) Ltd. - Gurgaon after registering myself in HP dedicated NTPC site on 24.06.2017. such a huge amount is blocked.

                                        25 days elapsed till date neither item dispatched nor status is up dated in my mail or through phone.

                                        Such negligence not expecting from a company like HP and their distributor SAVEX. please resolve the issue at the earliest.
