I have received very bad service experience from hp-iqor servicing team.
I have bought 2 years extended warranty from hp-iqor service team, for which i have the invoice number: 104rh00041 on 24th. Case id for my 2 years extended warranty is jbl159/16561776 and invoice date is 24-apr 2018.
My extended warranty should have been till 24th august 2020. But till now i have besides the invoice payment, i have not received any warranty extension in my system. When i looked into hp support centre, it shows that my warranty has expired and the standard warranty was till aug-2018.
Instead of 2 years, my warranty was extended for 1 year only. I emailed them in september 2018 about the concern and i received the revert that they would be extending it by another year. Since then i have not received any revert back from them in spite of reminder email being sent twice (First in 2019, when i noticed the issue again and second time in february 2020) but i have not yet received any revert.
I have already started facing issue with my screen crashing (It gets blurry and turns white). I would like hp to honour its extended warranty for which i had made the payment.
