Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited [HESCOM] — high bill after replacing old meter with new | |||
This is regarding pathetic service and attitude of hescom in attending faulty meter issues. After new meters was installed bill has jumped 30-50 times. Have to call and wait for weeks to get any attention. My mother suffered a lot due to this mentally. Repeated complaints yield only one answer."meter is working fine, check if neighbors have stolen or there is some leakage in your connection" Their technicians are unable to provide or prove anything on loose connection theory. Neither are they ready to replace meter which is very wrong. The report provided by them has no relevant data on high usage. Average bill expected is 1k. But got 25k for 3 months. Monthwise bill is also not provided. The meter had consumed units for 20k in first month itself. Every engineer or contact person is wasting time by giving same reply again and again. Very irresponsible technical and account staff. Lot many people with similar complaints are suffering with no one taking responsibility. Was this information helpful? | |||
