[Resolved] Hypercity — onebill not issued but amount was deducted | |||
We visited store on 15 aug. We made 2 bills among that 1 bill was not issued as i went to pick up some more stuff. Amt was deducted fm our cr. Card. But now i hv to exchange 3 nos of clothes how do i?. Billing counter person was extremely inattentive & reluctant also to answer. As being rush & our kid was also crying it didn"t strike us as he said everything is added. Inspite of telling to redeem the amt he did"t do. Counter no 17 system was hanged at 17.15 hrs. He again billed. Pls give proper training to staff how to handle situation during such times. Today i hv to visit ur store as to solve this issue. My time & money is wasted. I am also working woman.
