Hyundai — delay in delivery | |||
Respected sir, I am a corporate customer. Sir i book a car from hyundai under chas showroom shree hyundai. The model of car is venue. I pay my booking amount rs 21000/= on 26th may 2019. The booking cheque already cleared from my account on 29th may 2019. They regularly telling me pay full amount. Salesman told me your car is booked. After this my corporation pay full ex-showroom price 1084000/- through neft. The amount is already credited in his account on 26th june 2019. Currently total 1105000/ rs paid, this is more than price. The salesman regularly telling me wrong date of coming of car. The showroom personal tells blue colour model is not loaded in our system from starting. After not satisfactory answer i tell him please give my car if blue colour is not available then in red. But till today i have not got any proper answer.in current position my corporation charged 8% panel interest. Who will pay this interest? Sir what is going on in hyundai? How a corporate customer is cheated by showroom personals? My request from soul of my heart if it is possible than kindly solve this problem and make a guideline for showroom. Now i feel cheated so you refund my amount to my corporation.in this current situation i don’t want any deal through shree hyundai in the current situation. It is not possible to buy a car in this service manner so returns the amount to my corporation as quickly as possible. Thanking you.
