Hyundai Motor India — Defective Product | |
Hi, I am Chackravarthi from Chennai. I purchased Hyundai Aura (Vintage Brown) from FPL Hyundai, Chennai. the car was delivered to me on 17-Dec-2020. After taking delivery of the car I noticed very poor mileage. I used to fill at Indian Oil Petrol Pumps. I took the car to the Service Station and they performed the Mileage test and the car returned only 13 KMPL on highway driving. They advised me to change the fuel to BPCL/Shell. But I really doubt that this will solve the issue as the mileage would not improve drastically with fuel from other petrol pumps. Please take back this defective product and replace with a new one. i have already spent over Rs.15000 in fuel and the car has clocked just 1700 kms. Was this information helpful? | |
