Hyundai Motor India — delay and irresponsibility in issuing invoice papers | |||
I have purchased grand i10 nios on 27.12.2019 at hema hyundai warangal show room on behalf of my wife mrs. K saritha. Till now i didn't get invoice papers. Today evening i visited the show room for papers as they didn't come into my contact, the representatives prasanna kumar and others irresponsibly answered that their m. D is in foreign tour and papers will be prepared after his arrival, and they don't have any idea about his return and the time for issuing papers. I never experienced such a bad situation, when owned a maruthi suzuki vehicles maruthi 800 since 1999 and wagon r since 2009. Am i made a mistake by purchasing hyundai vehicle? K.
