Hyundai Motor India — i20 not claiming insurance from dealer | |||||
Respected sir, I'm karthick i gifted hyundai i20 to my sister marriage last year. I booked in redhills (Kavangarai) but they booked and gave the vehicle from thiruvallur branch and the complaint is some dent and tare occurred in door and the back fibre bumper. I went to the showroom where i bought the car they didnt admit my car and they asked me to take the vehicle to thiruvallur sps hyundai i went there last week they also didn't admit my car and the real fact is they gave me a govt insurance so they are avoiding the vehicle for some payment problem between insurance company and sps hyundai. Still i'm waiting for the call sir. I had a thought. Is this a branded company or some local make like maruthi &mahindra.
