Hyundai Motor India — REPLACE TWO FRONT TYRES BESIDE PAINTING WORK

I HAVE PURCHASED HYUNDAI EON ERA+ FROM UR MODY HYUNDAI SHOWROOM AT BOWENPALLY, MEDCHAL HIGHWAY, HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA IN OCTOBER, 2012. AFTER THAT WITHIN ONE YEAR 2 FREE SERVICINGS HAVE DONE BY UR SERVICE PEOPLE AS PER SCHEDULE. AFTERCOMPLETION OF ONE YEAR YOUR BHARTI AXA INSURANCE AGENT HAS COME AND RENEW THECAR INSURANCE FOR ONE YEAR IN OCTOBER, 2013. AT THAT TIME HE GAVE A FREE VOUCHERFOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND WATER SERVICING WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RENEWAL OF INSURANCE. ACCORDINGLY IN FEB/MARCH, 2014 I HAVE GIVEN FOR THATSERVICE. AT THAT TIME OF HANDING OVER MY CAR TO UR PEOPLE ALL THE 4 TYRES AREVERY GOOD CONDITION. AFTER RECEIVING THE SAME THE FRONT TWO TYRES WEREPUNCTURED AT THE SIDE OF THE TYRES IN SAME PLACE. I HAVE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICEOF THE SERVICE MANAGER. BUT HE SAID THAT IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT RESPOND PROPERLY. AFTER THAT UR SERVICE FEED BACK CALL HAS COME FROM U AND I RESPOND IT AND SAID ALL THE STORY AND GIVE MY OPENION IS WORST. AFTER THAT IHAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM UR HEAD OFFICE REGARDING THAT. I HAVE EXPLAINED ALLTHE STORY. THEN UR SERVICE MANAGER 040-[protected] HAS TELELPHONED ME AND ENQUIRE ABOUT THAT AND HE ASKED ME TO SEND UR VEHICLE ONCE AND HE PROMISED ME TO PROVIDE ONE TYRE IF POSSIBLE BESIDES TEFLAN COAT AND WATER SERVICING AND ALL SLIGHT MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES. BUT AT THAT TIME I AM ASKING TWO TYRES. IF NOTPOSSIBE FOR 2 TYRES REPLACEMENT, I ASK ONE MORE REQUEST FROM MY SIDE I.E., FRONT AND BACK BUMPERS WERE SLIGHTLY SCRATCHED. CAN U RECTIFY IT BY PUTTING GUN PAINTING. THEN HE SAID OK. ACCORDINGLY I SENT MY VEHICLE IN MAY-2014. AFTER TWO DAYS HE RETURNED MYVEHICLE WITH UR DRIVER IN MY ABSENSE. AFTER I CAME FROM MY OFFICE AND I OBSERVED THEVEHICLE THOROUGHLY. UR MANAGER DONE JUST WATER WASH AND DONE PAINT WORK WITH BRUSH WITH DIFFERENT DARK COLOUR. I HAVESTUNNED AND IT IS LOOKING VERY BADLY AND ODDLY. THE SAME WAS INFORMED TO UR MANAGER. BUT HE WAS NOT RESPOND PROPERLY. AGAIN UR FEED BACK CALL HAS COME TO ME FROM UR HEAD OFFICE AND I SAID ALL THE STORY AND SAID UR SERVICE IS WORST. AGAINST THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL ON 15TH MAY BY ANOTHER MANAGER WHO WAS JOINED RECENTLY(HE SAID) FROM 040-[protected] AND ENQUIRE ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND I EXPLAINED AGAIN TO HIM. HE PROMISED ME TO HE WILL COME AND VERIFYMY VEHICLE AND DISCUSS PERSONALLY. BUT TILL DATE HE HAS NOT APPROACHED ME. THIS IS THE SERVICE UR SHOWROOM PROVIDES ME. I AM VERY MUCH HURTED IN THIS ASPECT AND UNNECESSARILY MY CAR WAS SPOILED IN ADDITION TO THAT SPOILED/PUNCTURED TYRES. I KINDLY REQUEST U TO PLEASE PROVIDE 2 FRONT TYRES AND ALSO DONE PAINTING WORK PROPERLY AND RESOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY FOR MYSATISFACTION.xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
