Hyundai Motor India — rude behaviour against complaint | |
Dear Manager,
I recently got my car (Xcent) serviced from DPM Hyundai dehradun. My car on an average runs for about 550-575 kms in full fuel tank, but this time it only ran for 360kms. I made a complaint to the feedback caller next day regarding the same. After making complaint I received around 5-6 calls from Hyundai conforming about my complaint. Till yesterday I was only excepting an apology from your company.
But today when a received a call from [protected], addressing himself as service head at DPM HYUNDAI. Changed my view for your company . More than it changed my view I regretted why I purchased a car from HYUNDAI . This person instead of feeling sorry, talked to me in rude language and asked me as to why I made a complaint. On top of that this person shouts at me and asks me as to what logic do I have behind my complaint.
Sir I am a reputed businessman in town, have paid 5.25 lacs for this car, am paying 6000 on its service. Do you think that I will put my integrity on stake and lie for Fuel worth Rs 700-800.
Now you tell me is this the way you treat your customer when they make a complaint?
I have 3 cars of different companies Honda, skoda and Hyundai, But I have never faced such type of problem with the other brands. Today where companies give best of their customer service to keep their customer satisfied, you own such bunch of people who have no etiquettes as to how to talk to a customer, and please stop asking your customers for feedback if you cannot handle negetive feedback.
I was just expecting a simple apology from you company nothing else, do u think I have demanded much from u people? Then instead of accepting your mistake by simply applologizing you shout on your customer that why have they made complaint against you .
Till now things were different. I was only expecting a simply apology over the phone but after todays episode it’s a matter of my nose also. I want a written apology from whom so ever was the concerened person and the compensation for my loss.
If your company fails to make for the loss suffered by me and If my complaint is not taken seriously, I would go further and register my complaint with consumer reddressal court.
