Respected Sir / Madam, With reference to about subject we have serviced & maintenance work in our santafe car with your company authorized service center Concept Hyundai (Narol / Vishala) Ahmadabad Gujarat. I Mr.Anuj Sharma. I am purchased my santafe suv car in year 2011, from your authorized company sales showroom in Ahmadabad Concept Hyundai.Till date today i drive my car 65000 Km (mileage).And sending my car time to time for service at your authorized service center.Last year in June 2015 some problem occurred in gear & clutch.At that time i went to your service center @ vishala, and meet to your service adviser & explained all problem related gear & clutch.He inspected my car after that he told me that sir, we have to change Flywheel, Disc clutch, clutch master cylinder & bearing too etc.He give the roughly esteemed amount near around Rs. 165000/- @ that time my car's KM 54449 (mileage).I agreed to pay what ever amount .After this service & replaced this parts my not works properly every time some issues come out like when i drive my car on the highway all ignition lights on & some times accelerate stuck not going more than 60"s speed Pick-up din't come properly .After this all issues i contact to your service center & replaced some sensor buttons switches at that time immediately. After that some day's ago on date 22-04-16.My car santafe when i was driving .car stopped in middle of road after that i contact road side assistance & called break down service tow the car to your service center, after that car is inspected by service adviser he called me explained that excel pully damper, ribbed belt is damaged we have to replace it sir, i said okey repair it. Before some day's ago again car stuck, stopped in middle of road in city heavy traffic, after this i contact hyundai RSA, they suggest me to start after some time 10-20 minutes n check radiator water too, after this i bring my car at you work shop .After inspected by service adviser he explained me that we have too change flywheel, disc clutch, clutch master cylinder & bearing too & given esteemed amount near 170000/- .Recently my car KM 65000 (mileage). Now let me know sir madam what can i do. My car is @ your company authorized service center ( concept hyundai) from last 15days. Nobody giving proper answer, not even your relation customer care officer to us.They just cheats us do'no how to treat customer .Every time says change this spare parts etc. And i just want too say that i had purchased 12 cars of hyundai brand But, after this all stuff i will never buy hyundai car in my future .In this matter i already contacts customer care but din't get response, i had register my complaint hyundai india (Ref.no.1_[protected].We are not satisfied with your concept hyundai dealership authorized service, Sales. I had many cars Audi, Ford, Maruti, Nissan never seen such problems like this.I am attaching my bills summary which i had paid to your work shop service center .If we can't get best response, we can go further procedure legal.
