Hii sir Meri compalain ye hai ki meri car mai se rear side awaz aa rahi hai tab maine company walo ko bola ki ku6 awaz aa rahi hai tab unho ne bataya ki seat problem hai unho ne bola ho jayega phir bhi solve nahii hua tabhiii 1st service thii tab se ye problem haii to us time koi na koi bahana bana dete the ki ye prob. hai ye prob. hai phir humne jab 20000 km pe paid service karvae tabhi unho ne bataya ki piche k 2 tyre ka prob. hai to maine pu6a kya ho sakta hai to company walo ne bola bridgestone wale se mil lo company tyre fault hai (manufacturing fault hai) esa bola to mai bridgestone walo k pass gya to unho ne bola menufacturing fault nahii hai wheel balanceing aur alignment karne mai koi fault hua hai to hyundai company walo ne bola in writing leke aao ki balaceing ka prob. hai mai in writing bhi leke aaya to unho ne bola ki thik hai muje 2 din dijiye mai aapko jo ho sakta hai wo mai manager se bat kar ke bata dunga to unka phn aaya 2 din bad to bola 30000 km ho chuke hai to company policy 30000 tak ki guarantee hoti hai to bola ki aapki car to 35000 km ho chuki hai to wo bol rhe ki ku6 nahi ho sakta tyre naye hi dalvane padenge aur ye kya bat hue naye dalwane padenge means abhi car ko liye 1 year hua hai aur isme hamari koi bhul hi nahi hai to ye tyre ka kharcha hum kese dede 2 years company warrenty deti hai to company badal ke dede tyre bas ye hi compaint hai plzz ise solve kre in short - car mai se awaz aa rahi hai wo tyre ki wajah se aa rhi hai aur wrong alignment n wheel balanceing ki wajah se aa rhi hai koi menufacturing fault nahi hai tyre mai aur mai letter bhejta hu bridgestone wale ka ...aur mera kehna ye hai ki 1st service karvai thi tabse bol rha hu ki koi awaz aa rahi hai to 30000 bad kyun bola ki tyre prob. hai pehle bol sakte the na aur meri expectation ye hai ki muje company se tyre rear side ke 2 new tyre badalwane hai kyun ki isme humara koi fault nahi hai i request u ki ye compaint solve kar donge owner name-mr. shaileshkumar s. patel car name & num.-verna 4s & GJ 2 BP 7774 mob. num.-[protected] Email id.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

मेरी आई20up80-DJ-3030 कार को 18August2015 ko खरीदी है। और उसमे जो आगे और डोर के हण्डील में जंग लग रही है। जिसके लिए में अरविन्द हुंडई भी गया था मगर वह भी कोई सुनवाई नही हुयी है। कार में अभी से जंग लग रही है ऐसा लगता है जैसे कार 2साल पुरानी हो। आप से अनुरोध है की उसको बदल कर दुबारा से सही काम करा जाए.
