The bolt inside the engine got broken and let to fall of engine belt. On submitting for rectification, we were told that this rarely happens and landed in checking the engine and we have incurred a cost of rs.88087.00 for no fault from your side. It is not a compliant but we seek your help for getting reimbursement of the expenditure incurred by us through insurance agency taking us the matter from your end. Insurance policy no.[protected] - the new india assurance co. Ltd. (Since renewed). Further the vehicle was last serviced in the month of june 2018. No any cause of concern given to us.
