I Net Solutions — work from home based

Hi sir,
Myself tejus, i met with an accident and was advised for bed rest for 2 months, for the purpose of my living i opt to work from home and i came across a ad in clickindia. Come, and the work was captcha entering a guy named sanjay called me from ([protected]) and took my voter id and few minutes he mailed my a link to download a application and asked to login and start the work but there was no proper response after he took my id later after 2days i received a mail with an agreement in it and the signature in it was not mine.
I felt this suspicious and stopped working and after 1 week i received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com she had attached a notice and was asked to pay 5000 as penalty and 3000 for cancelling the notice. They have got over my location and my other details without my knowledge.
Please look into this.
What should my next step be please update asap.
