I ball class x1 special grey which was sold by prakash sales corporation, 728c, 1st floor, old dlf colony, sec 14, near ganpati honda showroom, gurgaon - 122001 had a touch screen problem with it so whwen reached the i ball service centre at saheed nagar, plot no -705 on 14/10/2016 they denied to give service as flipkart is not registered with them to give service.
