[Resolved]  iBall — standby mode doesn't turn off

Iball headphone bt4 goes in stand by mode and does not turn off. This is my first day of the product and result is not satisfactory so kindly give the solution of this product so that we can continue the function the perticular head set or i ball haedphone and please send the solution of this problem so that we can enjoy the music so that we can sole it.

I purchased an earplugs of your company from Paytm through Eminent Marketing based in Ghaziabad, one of the earplug out of the two has stopped working and it is still in warranty contact: [protected]@gmail.com
