ICICI — 6 Unauthorized deductions

Hi ICICI team, I have an ICICI account bearing A/C no.[protected]. Today i learnt that 5 unauthorized deductions has been made under the code ATMDEC CHG and 1 under POSDEC CHG of 28.50 each that makes 171 Rs. which is fully unacceptable and illegal. (Altogether 6 deductions). I don't want to know why and how of these deductions. I pretty much know about the silly statement. It doesn't really matter if it's in terms of crores or a paise because they are still an anauthorised deductions. Please do kindly address to this issue at the earliest convenience. I'd be grareful.
