Ear sir, I would like to bring to your kind attention that i registered for the diploma in elementary education programme for untrained teachers and made a payment of rs. 4545.00 through sbi debit card on 12 sept 2017, i have waited for more than 48 hrs for the update of the payment status but the status remains as 'payment not made'. The said amount has been deducted from my account, so i kindly request you to look into the matter.
