[Resolved] ICICI Bank — 812971 - icici bank icici bank vsi/amazon stan debit | |
Already i have raised a complaint over here that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I haven't opted for any prime auto renewal. I have checked this in the message sent from icici, also i have ensured this by going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 18th september, 2019. Your team has shared me a uid (812971), but i'm unable to send the mail to the email address which you have shared ([protected]@icicibank.com).
