I am Ambalal R Ahire, i am working in Railway department i have a salary account since 4 years in your reputed ICICI bank, but from last couple of months whenever i go there in to bank to solve my queries or sometimes i required for account statement detail at that time they does not answer us properly and behave like irresponsible as well as unknown person. and always used to tell us wait for 30 min upto 1 hour.
