[Resolved] ICICI Bank — account blocked without any intimation | |||
I am icici bank account holder since 7 years. I did my last transaction on 27th november 2018. But after 2 days when i was trying to do the online transaction then a message is appeared, "account blocked / frozen." After that i talked to customer care. He told me to visit the branch. Account has been blocked from the branch. I have sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but its been 6 days still not received any reply. I am staying in malaysia, how i can go to india just for unblocking the account. Its ridiculous that bank has blocked my account without any prior instructions. Was this information helpful? | |||
