[Resolved] ICICI Bank — activation of one assist plan without consent | |
I received call from icici bank and they just gave information about one assist plan after which they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs.1899/- from my saving account via debit card, without my permission on 23rd jan - 19. I have even registered the complaint in customer care on 24th jan - 19 and even got a message telling your policy cancellation request of cpp/oneassit has been registered. It will be resolved within 6 working days. Till now, no actions are taken. Please, deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible. Regards, S sindhura rao
