[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amazon refunded amount not reflecting on my bank account | |||
I placed an order with amazon on 18th april 2018, through icici bank credit card. I cancelled the order on the same day itself. It has been 43 days but my refund for cancelled order @ amazon is not processed back yet. I also file dispute with sr[protected] I made the payment through my icici credit card (*3000) for the same. The refund amount from amazon is not credited back yet. I have contacted both the customer cares (Icici and amazon) multiple times. But it is not resolved yet. Amazon has shared the reference number 112398. But icici guys are not able to locate it. What can i do to get the refund processed back to my credit card? Can i raise the concern anywhere else? Not happy with the service they all blaiming each other Amazon say there is problem with icici database and bank say amazon not paid any amount in my account Totally confuse Md j.
