[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount debited but recharge not done

Hi, i have done recharge of 399₹ for jio payment my money was debited from account but i didn't got recharge. I have already talked with bank they said it's debited and jio team is saying payment was not received. While recharging through upi i got a request from [protected]@icici for 399₹ and same is paid ref. Attached image. Upi ref no.[protected] Date and time : 17th feb 2018 9:48:15 pm. I have already complained against ICICI POSDEC CHG...They deducted the amount from my bank account more than 12times on December 2017...since its been three months they didn't take any steps to refund my amount...My current balance is zero but they didn't take any step to refund my amount...Kindly help me to get back my amount soon...
