[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount deducted but recharge not done

On 2nd january 2018, i recharged my jio number with rs459 on my jio app via upi payment system to address indiaideas@icici. My transaction id is ici915a3258f8c447b69b2a1341ea3c9537
Transaction was successful but still it is not updated on my jio account. Yesterday i chat with a representative. He told me there was no recharge from my side. I want my refund back as soon as possible. Also i have contacted with phonepe customer care, they have told that they have confirmation msg from receiving bank. Refund my money
