[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount deducted without any prior notice

Dear sir/mam,

I have been use icici securities demat account and when my account has been opened bank executive said there is no montly or annual charges has been deducted from your account but now rs 826 deducted on[protected] dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-18, pls send back my money, in this way bank did fraud with us.

As I lost my debit card, I called icici for re issue of debit card, but CustomerCare care executive forcefully sold me coral debit card which is chargeable. I need a normal simple debit card.
