[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — amount not dispensed in atm but my sb account with iob bank debited

Address:SR NAYAK NAGAR HYDERABADC, Hyderabad, Telangana

When i have used my iob sb ac atm card in icici sr nayak nagar hyderabad for rs10000/- the amount was not dispensed but my account was debited. This transaction took place on 03/08/2019 at around 5.30 pm.
On reconciliation the bank has to rectify such entries on day to day basis. Already 2 days have gone. I request that the amount should be credited back immediately in my sb ac

Hi Sir, please visit your IOB branch and tell them they will give the form to fill where u have to tell them Date time and which ATM and if possible transaction slip generated from ATM. Trust me your money will be bk in your account in 5-7 days
Cancellation of One Assist Plan
I had never asked for the One Assist Plan. Also a sum of Rs 1899 has been debited from my account and I dont want just cancellation. I want my refund. Please deactivate this One Assist Plan as soon as possible.seriously not interested...
