[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount not dispensed in atm but my sb account with iob bank debited | |||
When i have used my iob sb ac atm card in icici sr nayak nagar hyderabad for rs10000/- the amount was not dispensed but my account was debited. This transaction took place on 03/08/2019 at around 5.30 pm. On reconciliation the bank has to rectify such entries on day to day basis. Already 2 days have gone. I request that the amount should be credited back immediately in my sb ac Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Sir, please visit your IOB branch and tell them they will give the form to fill where u have to tell them Date time and which ATM and if possible transaction slip generated from ATM. Trust me your money will be bk in your account in 5-7 days
