[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — application for deactivate one assist plan

I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!

Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 826 has been deducted on DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-18 transaction, can you please explain and be open to all your customers?

I received call from ICICI bank and they just gave information about one assist plan after which they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs.1899/- from my saving account via debit card, without my permission on 23rd Jan - 19.

I have even registered the complaint in customer care on 24th Jan - 19 and even got a message telling your Policy Cancellation request of CPP/OneAssit has been registered. It will be resolved within 6 working days.

Till now, no actions are taken.

Please, deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.
