From Arcot branch In emergency situations icici staff not responding Today after noon 14:00 at last time told me to bring id proff to withdraw my gold its very emergency at the time. Way of speech it's not good. Very worst behaviour (Appraisal) Appraisal say tomorrow come in branch not giving gold. Tomorrow i will go branch not giving gold.
