ICICI Bank — Atm cash withdrawal discrepancy | |||||
Dear sir/madam I mr. Niraj kumar having a nre savings account in icici bank (Account. No.[protected] made two cash withdrawal from hdfc bank atm, nawada of rs.10000 each on 30th sept 2016. I received the amount of first withdrawal of rs.10000 and didn't receive the amount of second withdrawal of rs.10000 but the same was deducted from my account. I did complain to icici bank phone banking customer care, gave application to icici bank, nawada branch and also wrote mail to higher athourity. Still my problem is not solved.
