[Resolved] ICICI Bank — atm did not dispense cash | |||
I used my icici bank atm card to withdraw cash 2500/-, near thane railway station i dont know which bank atm. The atm processed the request but before it could dispense cash, it shown time out. I waited for 5 mins. But it did not turn back on and neither did it dispense my cash which got deducted from my account. Cctvs can be checked to confirm my presence. I have also open complaints with icic bank at 26 march[protected] but are not responding properly and said require 7 days to investigate n all. 7 days is over, but no progress has to share with me.
