[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Atm directly got power off and due to which I lost my money | |||
Dear sir/madam, My name is purushottam jadhav, When I was withdrawing 10000 cash from ur atm machine SA6wd68 (deep residency, nalasopara east) Money counting (Sound) was in process, but due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, no security guard is here to assist. I did tried to press panic and security alarm button but no use. I got message from my bank stating account is debitted. I am a customer of HDFC bank, orlem branch malad. Below are my account details : Ac no. [protected] IFSC code : hdfc000047 I was withdrawing rs. 10000 and due to sudden power off I didn't got any money from machine. Kindly help me to get my money back.
